Enabling self-serve flow creation and testing for non-technical teams.

Across Hims & Hers, teams manage dozens of patient flows, like consultations, check-ins, medication changes, and reactivations, that change often and power critical parts of the business. Before GoFlow, even small updates needed code changes, long release cycles, and fragile logic that was hard to audit or scale.

GoFlow introduced a visual, drag-and-drop flow builder and shared content system that allowed non-engineering teams to build, edit, test, and experiment on flows while supporting complex healthcare requirements. It was a 0→1 project: as Lead Designer, I owned the UX and UI of the builder, including the visual logic model, screen configuration, and core workflows.
